Le J. Gilbert's est un steakhouse chic et décontracté servant du bœuf faisandé cuit sur un gril au feu de bois de mesquite. Vous pourrez y savourer différents morceaux de steak, des fruits de mer frais (notamment des gâteaux de crabe récompensés) et d'autres mets maisons comme des frites au fromage bleu Maytag et des velours au chocolat. Vous apprécierez votre repas au coin du feu dans une atmosphère chaleureuse comprenant du bois précieux, de la brique et un éclairage tamisé. My steak was overcooked and didn’t have much flavor. We are fairly regular here, and this was unusual. Our server was great.

Great waiter and food. Only challenge was our table was near front door and every time someone opened it a blast of cold air came in.

Overall a good experience. Dakota was our server and he was fantastic! The filet was good. Crab cakes are awesome!!

Service was knowledgeable about the offered menu. Alec was friendly and made a great experience for us on our anniversary. The food was excellent. Our steaks were tender, juicey, and cooked to perfection. The sides were prepared just as well. Such wonderful food. The restaurant was warm and inviting and all the staff was the same. They welcomed us and acknowledged our anniversary, too. We highly recommend giving this place a try if you want a wonderful dinner experience.

The only thing we didn't like was the smoked old-fashioned. We've been here a million times and this drink used to be great. But now it appears to be on an assembly line and the ones we got tasted like half whiskey half water. There was literally no flavor. Sad. Our server was also not great, which is unusual because normally the service is awesome. Food was excellent as usual though.

The seafood was amazing. The ribeye unfortunately was extremely tough and full of gristle. Our server Matt was amazing. I love this place and have always had amazing food.
