Le J. Gilbert's est un steakhouse chic et décontracté servant du bœuf faisandé cuit sur un gril au feu de bois de mesquite. Vous pourrez y savourer différents morceaux de steak, des fruits de mer frais (notamment des gâteaux de crabe récompensés) et d'autres mets maisons comme des frites au fromage bleu Maytag et des velours au chocolat. Vous apprécierez votre repas au coin du feu dans une atmosphère chaleureuse comprenant du bois précieux, de la brique et un éclairage tamisé. Vous pourrez profiter d'une table au calme ou organiser une grande fête. La carte complète des vins et martini est un complément parfait à un excellent repas agrémenté d'un service attentionné. Le J. This was our second time eating here and we enjoyed it even more this time. The ambiance is great for a date or a nice evening out. The choice of music may be considered old fashioned for some, but for us it was great as it is soft and the type that should be played in a high end establishment in order to have a nice conversation with your dinner partner(s). Our server Matt took great care of us from the start and was accomodating throughout the meal, answering all questions we posed to him and making sure we were well attended to without being an overbearing presence. He made sure our glasse of water, coffee and drinks were filled and whenever we needed something he was there to handle it for us. I enjoyed a pork chop while my wife had the swordfish. Both were properly cooked and offered a great portion. I asked to trade out some of my sides and was immediately given alternative choices without question. Our whole dining experience was pleasant and very worthwhile. This is a nice, comfortable and enjoyable dining venue to relax and savor your meal and just enjoy being in a high end yet relatively casual place. We will certainly be returning.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday. Service was attentive but not overwhelming. My steak was perfectly grilled to order and her prime rib was also just right. We split the house salad and that was a good size for both of us. Given the prices in some of the “top shelf” steak houses the meal was a reasonable value.

The food was exceptional. Our server Braedon was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of our best dining experiences ever.

Ambience & food were exceptional as usual! Server was weird. Nice guy- maybe trying too hard. Relax. He won’t keep us from coming back again … and again. Stay awesome!
