Le J. Gilbert's – Wood Fired Steaks & Seafood - McLean est un steakhouse chic et décontracté servant du bœuf maturé de qualité cuit sur un gril au feu de bois de mesquite. Vous pourrez y savourer différents morceaux de steak, des fruits de mer frais (notamment des gâteaux de crabe récompensés) et d'autres mets maisons comme des frites au fromage bleu Maytag et des gâteaux aux carottes. Vous apprécierez votre festin au coin du feu dans une atmosphère chaleureuse arborant du bois précieux et de la brique sous un éclairage tamisé. Vous pourrez profiter d'une table au calme ou organiser une grande fête. La carte complète des vins et martini viendra parfaitement agrémenter un excellent repas accompagné d'un service attentionné.     The food was fabulous! We definitely will be back. The two areas that made it not the best experience was our waitress. She was not very inattentive and just acted like she was put out. The other area was we were sat in the very back and seated right next to other diners. I felt like we had no privacy. Way too crowded. The other areas of the restaurant looked perfect for dining. I will go back but only if seated in the nicer area of the restaurant.

    Travis, our waiter, was incredible. Top notch service. Best I've had in a long time. Steaks were awesome.

    Great food, service and atmosphere. We went for steak but couldn’t resist the scallops and risotto. Delicious! A red rose was on every table for Valentine’s Day. We had a wonderful time.

    This was our first visit to J. Gilberts in McLean. The food was delicious and the service was great. My only complaint was that the booth seating was too low. Apparently, they did some work on the floors and even the booths themselves, but the seat in our booth was so low that it felt like that table was at your chest. Hopefully, they can resolve this issue. Everything else was great!

    We are longtime patrons. Our food and every aspect of the evening was very good, except the service. Our waiter rarely made eye contact, often avoided us, didn't ask how the meal was, didn't offer bread, didn't offer a steak knife, lost track of our to-go dessert. Frankly his poor service was a disappointment to us.

    Greeting was exceptional, the service outstanding, the food was delicious and the manager came thru to make sure things were in order.

    Wonderful evening celebrating my best friends birthday! We had an excellent booth and the food was delicious. Fantastic service and menu knowleadge by our server Brayan. They went the extra mile and had a thoughtful birthday note and provided a complementary desert. I also was a fan of their robust wine list that and bottles were reasonably priced. Fixed menu is a steal. 10/10
