Le restaurant J. Gilbert est un steakhouse chic et décontracté qui vous sert du bœuf vieilli de première qualité cuit sur un grill au feu de bois de mesquite. Vous pourrez y déguster une panoplie de coupes de boeuf, des fruits de mer frais (y compris leurs croquettes de crabe primées) et d'autres spécialités de la maison, telles que les croustilles Maytag Bleu et le gâteau au chocolat velvet. L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse et la salle à manger est dotée d'un foyer, de boiseries, de briques et d'un éclairage tamisé. Vous pourrez prendre place à une table tranquille ou recevoir un grand groupe. La vaste carte des vins et des martinis vous proposent le complément parfait à un excellent repas servi par un personnel attentionné. Le J. The steaks at J Gilbert’s are without a doubt among the best I have ever had anywhere! The meal is not inexpensive to say the least but it is well worth it! It’s no coincidence that it’s very difficult to get a reservation!

Nobody does it better than! As a regular diner to JGilberts since they opened, I would say that on special occasion days, they are so busy that I feel a bit rushed. The meal and service were still excellent, however, there were a few minor differences from other visits. Hard to avoid on Valentines Day. Filet mignon was as good as ever. Please bring back the coconut cake,.. if only occasionally!

An absolute exquisite dining experience with incredible service, fine wines, and a wonderful cozy atmosphere. This is absolutely my favorite restaurant! Is the only place that I go where I never put anything on the steak. No salt or pepper or anything. The way it is seasoned and the way it comes is perfect every time. I’ve been going to J. Gilbert for 25 years and it’s amazing that I’ve never had to send anything back to the kitchen. They are so careful in their preparation and so precise. Such high-quality food. It’s also the restaurant I go to for every one of my birthdays!

Very organized and accommodating. The food was great! Michelle waited on us and was very patient with us. It was our first time there. It was very busy, but the service was outstanding. We both had the 8oz and 6oz fillets. It was best steak I think that we ever had. Thank you for your excellent service and meals.
