   The Bone-in Ribeye is a staple, so perfectly cooked and flavorful. Truffle mushrooms complement it best and they have a very nice selection of wines to match. A 2021 Elouan Pinot Noir is a great choice. Finish the meal with their Carrot Cake it’s delicious.

   We decided to dine with J.Gilberts for our 10th Anniversary and we are beyond happy we did! From the beautifully decorated table, to the food, and to our amazing waitress! She was kind, caring, and gave the best recommendations. J.Gilberts is very lucky to have her, an absolute treasure! Thanks for making our celebration so very special, we will be back soon!

    We would like to give out a huge shout out to Jacqueline O for her impeccable knowledge and presentation in making our anniversary dinner one for the books. We will be returning and Jacqueline plays a big role in this. This was our first visit and due to Jackie's considerable knowledge and well versed sharing of the establishment she works in makes her an invaluable asset. PLEASE KNOW THIS!!
