My wife and I went to ITA for the Tuscan region menu, and it was wonderful. . We have been Italy a couple times and the food at ITA is spot on . The ingredients are top notch and the food is incredibly delicious. We are so happy we have a restaurant to go to that is so delicious and on point

We always enjoy and look forward to eating at chef Kevin’s restaurant. This is unlike any other Italian restaurant in the area…..

The restaurant was so cold even with sweaters on, told they could not do anything about it. Our pasta and sauces were so over salted on both dishes we had we could not finish them to end meal told they do not serve coffee!! Just expresso, very over priced would not return .

The food and experience at ITA101 is always exceptional. Chef Kevin’s creativity is something to marvel at - love the idea of selecting a region of Italy to highlight weekly.

Food was excellent. Get the pasta- any pasta! It's house made and prepared perfectly. You won't be disappointed. Arugula salad also was delicious and very fresh. Was a bit noisy but it's a small restaurant. Otherwise had a very enjoyable meal.

The food was delicious, portions good and worth the price. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff, but very poor/slow service by the waitress we had this time in particular. I don't mean the food, I understand everything is made to order, but the waitress neglected our table. She took 25 minutes to return and take our order after giving us menus. We only ordered two half portions of pasta as appetizers and a chicken dish to share. The pasta and chicken arrived 30 minutes apart, and aside from those two times we didn't hear from the waitress again until I called her over to the table for the bill. We were waiting for so excessively long between finishing eating and getting the bill that at some point it became comical until that changed to frustration. It's worth noting that if our table was being paid attention to it would've been clear that we were bored and waiting, not simply enjoying the atmosphere and having some engaging conversation. Altogether we were there over 2 hours. Maybe 15 minutes spent actually eating food and the rest waiting around with zero communication from the waitress. Not a single "how is everything?" check in at our table or an offer for more bread/olive oil, etc. She seemed very concerned with tips as she tried to push more food twice and prioritized other tables with larger orders and more people. I admit I would have liked to order dessert but we had to be at work the next morning. It was a Sunday evening and not very busy, maybe a dozen other people in the restaurant. We've been there two other times where it was completely packed with half the wait and had better service. We're willing to return, hoping that was a one-off experience.
