Textures of cherry, iron, fine drapery, brick, and brushed sheet steel are all architecturally assembled in perfect harmony. As you dine, Indochine’s fine and creative cuisine will delight you. The flavors of Thailand, China, India, Japan, and Vietnam meld together to produce a wonderful culinary palette that is sure to impress your’s and your guests’ tastes. The place is beautiful but our experience was not that great. We waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and get checked in for our reservation. One we were seated we waited another 10 minutes to have the waiter come to our table. Once we got our food it was very bland and very disappointing. We were excited to try this place but sadly, we will not be back again.

The waiter need to write the orders down , might of helped to be more efficient. The Mongolian beef was not good, pretty much all vegetables and no beef.

I was warned by a coworker who recently gone but was deeply disappointed. She brought her husband who'd never been before, and his comment was, "This is what you wanted me to eat?" She like I had had nothing but good experiences there. I figured it might have been a fluke and I needed a Gluten free option for my grown daughters birthday celebration. So I booked the reservation. The service was awesome, he was helpful friendly and quick. The Springroll appetizer was excellent as well as our drinks, the Lychee Martini was sublime. The Creme Brulee and the Gelato, was amazing. The Entrees was awful. My Phad Thai noodles tasted like it was boiled with dirty socks and covered with Tamarind. It was so awful. The curry was watery and had no flavor, we sent those back. The other three entrees were hardly touched, but those members of our party don't like to complain in restaurants. The evening was saved by our sweet Server who offered desserts. We were deeply disappointed and hope things will change, we won't be returning until we hear that they have a new chef.

The food was amazing, and the quality was great. I would totally recommend coming here for a small date. Although the experience was great our server was not, we had the hostess and several other people helping us. They were taking our orders, cleaning off our table and we were really nice and respectful. Our server I recall his name being Jackson, took it upon himself to tip himself when he took the check after I had already tipped him 10$ in cash. I had no idea until the bill came through in my mobile banking app. Besides that small inconvenience I would totally recommend coming here with a sincere loved one.

Indochine was once a hidden gem, celebrated for its deliciously authentic Thai food, carefully prepared with rich flavors and fresh ingredients. The restaurant was a go-to spot for anyone seeking a flavorful, satisfying meal in a setting as stunning as its food. The ornate, beautifully designed building still exudes charm, making it a feast for the eyes with its intricate detailing and elegant ambiance. However, it’s clear that the food has lost its former luster. While the atmosphere remains inviting, the dishes no longer carry the vibrant, well-balanced flavors that once made Indochine a standout. Ingredients don’t seem as fresh, and the attention to detail in preparation seems to have declined, leading to a dining experience that feels underwhelming compared to what it used to be. It's a shame that such a beautiful space no longer matches the culinary quality it was once known for. Indochine still offers a pleasant environment for a meal, but unfortunately, the food is no longer the highlight it used to be. For those who remember its former glory, it’s hard not to feel disappointed.

We went prior to a concert at the Tacoma Dome. We had a reservation and were seated within about 5 or so minutes after arrival. The server was friendly, but the speed of service was slower than we would have liked. It was busy but the tables were nowhere near completely full. We asked for a drink menu and were told that it would be 20 minutes because they'd stopped service because the bar was so backed up. Wouldn't even let us see a menu before that time. I was shocked - this concert has been scheduled for MONTHS and they know people are coming. Our food was "meh" - fried tofu was soggy inside and lukewarm, the mango fried rice had minimal mango and dry chicken and the drunken noodles had traditional wide rice noodles and what looked and tasted like penne mixed in. Sadly, underwhelmed.
