Indigo Crow is located in the Village of Corrales. Owners Don and Regina Raber, along with their staff, have created an amazing place for friends and family to gather and enjoy great food and wine.
At the Crow, we love food. It is our passion to pair great food with exceptional wine for a memorable dining experience. Join us and enjoy this inspired menu with local produce, southwest touches, as well as international flavors.
Enjoy patio dining under our elm trees or cozy up to one of our two fireplaces in the cooler months.
Please call Indigo Crow for Happy Hour reservations from 3-5pm.

    Food was overall decent but service was slow. Our waiter was not around much. Worst part is the auto 20% gratuity. Leave that up to the diners choice. Top tier tip for poor service is ridiculous. Make servers earn a 20% tip. If they know they get it automatically then some will slack off and hurt the establishments reputation. Wont be back.

    The host Tamara is amazing. She filled in the gaps for our server Cody. The ambience was lovely in September, but a lot of black tiny ants on the patio. Our server Cody was a wondeful human, but it seemed he was overwhelmed even though the place was barely occupied. He did take decent care of us, but id be lying if it didn't feel like he was angling for assumed wealthier tables. For transparency we tipped over 25%, but it wouldve been nice to have given more. The food was lovely, but the kitchen missed the mark with protein temperatures. My filet was over done and the salmon was nearly raw. While they fixed the salmon, it made the timing of our meal off. I was done while my wife was waiting for her meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we'll be back, but for an anniversary and a first time, it wasn't 100% what was expected. Tamara was our highlight. She deserves all the flowers.

    This severely hurts me to have to write this about a place we used to look to for special occasions 4-8 times per year for the past 6 years, but I cannot give I.C. a pass here after last nights poor performance. I truly hope ownership/management action this quickly or it will continue to get worse. We were sat promptly which is always nice. We were celebrating our Anniversary and from the moment we were greeted by our server, we both had growing uncertainties about what we were in for, and that soon would surface. 1.) We were never told about the specials that were available. We only discovered they had them when we overheard another attentive server explaining them to another group. 2.) Salad and our entree, spot on. No issues here. Only problem was after our server delivered our plates, he failed to notice that we had no forks and then disappeared for about 5+ minutes. Again, lack of attentiveness. 3.) My wife passed something to our server midway through dinner when she excused herself to the restroom and asked if he would put it on my desert plate as a funny thing her and I share. Not only did he NOT do this, but then lied about where he even put it and had to find it to give it back to her. FAIL! 4.) Knowing going into dinner that they had my favorite desert on their menu, I only had half of my dinner, as did my wife. We waited around 20 minutes for our server to return to our table. Once he did, he offered to pack up our food, of which mine had shrimp tails off to the side that should have been tossed. Oh, they were tossed alright…RIGHT INTO THE TO-GO BOX! Like, Who eats shrimp shells/tails?!!! 5.) Our desert arrives and my wife’s “cheesecake” is one of the most inedible things I’ve ever eaten in my life. It had the texture of jello that had been left uncovered in the fridge for about 2 weeks and firm enough to consider it rubber. When presented to him, he offered to exchange it or take it off our bill, GEE THANKS! At this point we just wanted to leave!

    Multiple issues with the food. Several items came out cold. One person ordered fish and chips, came out cold they were remade - still not good the second time. French toast was cold, they remade it- still came out barely warm. The Huevos Rancheros were cold and served on a hard flour tortilla, even though we specifically confirmed the dish was served with gluten free red chili. We had them remade with no tortilla as the restaurant had no corn tortillas, and everything on the plate was cold (eggs, black beans and potatoes). My mother in-laws breakfast same issue - she ordered the Crow breakfast and everything came out cold. They remade the toast first and brought it back. Still cold. We were there to celebrate multiple birthdays, overall terrible experience. They comped my husband‘s French toast and gave us one piece of cheesecake to share for “birthday celebration”. We’ve been here multiple times for dinner, but this experience was so bad. I don’t think we would ever go back.
