    We’ve been to IMC before, it never fails! The wait staff were on top of things, didn’t rush you but didn’t ignore you. Food was great, I had the grilled octopus and Wagu sirloin. Both were cooked to perfection!

    Daily specials are great values. Food is delicious and staff is excellent. Will definitely be going back.

    Since the restaurant is a little far for me I don't go as often as I'd like since the food is quite good and the variety of dishes that are available allows anyone to find something. But I generally have a steak there and the Wed/Thurs steak special is terrific. Meant to be shared by two it can easily feed three or more (or allow next nights dinner). Cooked exactly as ordered and very tender. Also a terrific spot for a burger and fries at the bar or other happy hour specials. Excellently trained staff; the maitre d' Cesar runs an efficient operation.

    First time dining here for my birthday! I have been wanting to come for a while and they did not disappoint! Ambiance excellent! Service superb! Food outstanding! Carlos was our waiter and he was excellent! Paid attention to every detail and made my birthday special! The mojito was one of the best I’ve had as well. I will most definitely go there again and tell everyone to go! Thanks again!

    The Sunday Pre-fixe menu is exceptional value. The strip steak was tender and perfectly cooked. Portion was large enough that the leftovers will be today’s lunch. The salmon and shrimp risotto entrees were ample and well prepared. I’d suggest asking for dressing on wedge salad to be served on the side as I found the salad a bit over-dressed and soggy. The watermelon arugula is a better choice. Exceptional, attentive service.

    The waitstaff was exceptional especially our waiter Carlos. The food was delicious the drinks were superb. Definitely want to try their Happy Hour
