    No server came up to us in the first 30 minutes to take our orders, no water poured, not even acknowledged us for my boyfriends birthday, and we ended up leaving. Super disappointing as i used to love this place. Put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. The blonde older woman server didn’t even get back to us with the answer on changing our seats from upstairs which was so oddly placed, to downstairs. The asian lady at the front also rudely had 0 expression. Got better service at a restaurant not too far from there. Do better

    Our experience was mediocre, the service was not bad, however, the area we sat was a bit hot. The calamari was exceptionally good, however, my pasta was undercooked.

    Delicious food, very authentic! Lively atmosphere. Service was phenomenal. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

    Great parking behind the building Lovely patio and inside space Expected bigger portions for the appetizers (Caprese salad and calamari), but the pizza and pasta were excellent

    This was my 2nd time at Il Postino and while it was a good experience, my first experience was a lot better. It was extremely loud and felt like a standard family restaurant whereas the first time I came, we were seated upstairs with white tablecloths, candles on the table, and a much less chaotic experience. Last night we were seated extremely close to people on both sides of us and could barely hear one another. Food was good. My previous visit had multiple mocktail offerings and now it is down to two one of which is "strawberry lemonade" which is not a mocktail...... I would consider going back but not for a special occasion which last night was and this was noted when I made the reservation.

    Loved sitting in the patio on a beautiful end of summer night. The atmosphere was literally perfect. Loved every bite of the food (appetizer, main and dessert) as well as the cocktails and a wine we’d never tried. (Great wine selection!). Our server, Michelle, was so amazing - offering great and friendly service, and not rushing us. Truly a lovely girls night out.

    Delicious food - salmon, kale salad, mushroom pasta, branzino , calamari and the most delicious burrata - and a very tolerant friendly server, Andrea. Great time as always. Will make room for dessert next time.

    Seemed the server was overworked. We had a 6:00 PM reservation and were welcomed nicely. They abandon us when other tables came in. We ordered a second glass of wine after the appetizers were finished, but were mostly done our main meal when we asked a second time. The waiter apologized. Very disappointing at the end, as they offered a free dessert to celebrate my birthday, but we waited so long, we left prior to getting it. It was a big disappointment after the evening started out nicely.
