    Our server was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was very friendly. We loved the caesar salad dressing. The mushroom pizza was excellent. The fish was very good and came with roasted tomatoes, olives and couscus. Looking forward to going back very soon.

    Great service and food. I just wish there was also a veal and or lamb entree also on the menu.

    My annual visit to Il Postino. Never disappoints. The food was outstanding. The writer was great. Very attentive

    Amazing food! The outdoor patio is great but the inside of the restaurant is very dated so wouldn’t go during the colder months. The rosemary bread is incredible and the caprese salad and lemon pasta is to die for! I had the lavender drink and it tasted a little odd. Definitely go to the patio on a beautiful summer day and then walk Main Street unionville afterwards. It’s just lovely.

    Never ever a bad meal at Il Postino. Every dish is served beautifully, cooked to perfection and with the most caring service. It’s our neighborhood treasure and we love it.

    Had a great time at Il Postino last night. Awesome chopped kale salad and moist grilled organic salmon, which was surprising filling. The pasta was also very tasty. What made it special was our server, Sue who although being kept very busy (be sure to reserve on the weekends and expect some lively volume!) was efficient and has a great sense of humour. We feel lucky to be able to walk to such excellent Main St restaurants. Lunch on Tuesday is at Watercolour, another favourite (same owner/mamagement?)

    Staff was not friendly at all, border line rude. We were seated for a good 10 min before we were even given menus, meanwhile many staff walked past our table without even acknowledging us. Restaurant was very noisy patio has zero privacy where we were first fist seated at a table with another couple. Food is over priced for what it is. Seafood linguini was served with a pasta thicker than linguini. Menu is misleading. Will never be returning to this restaurant.

    Love the food here and the service is outstanding. One issue we have is how close the seats are to other tables on the outside patio. You feel a little crammed in beside other tables. The only other issue is we wish there was a food more options for the dessert menu!
