Service was phenomenal, food was even better! Everything was delivered to the table hot. Our server, Xavier, was very attentive and friendly. Portions were a nice size.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The waiter seemed not very interested in helping us decide on an entree. The food came right when the appetizer came so we could not pace ourselves. The pasta with shrimp was very good. The manicotti was dry and stale and cold.

Great service, great food, great wine. We went on Christmas Day about 4:30pm. It wasn't crowded, it was warm inside the place which was good since it was cold outside and we walked about 1/2 mile to get there. The waiter was very good. Definitely will be back.

We've been going to Il Porto for years. Always great food and great service in a relaxed atmosphere. Il Porto is one of those local restaurants you always go back to.

It was a very busy night but the service and food was amazing. our table was right beside the fireplace. it was a perfect night for Christmas eve dinner!

Christmas Eve dinner with reservations. Seatwd upon arrival. Delicious cocktails, every dish was exceptional. Service was excellent despite being crowded. Lovely ambiance for the occasion. A memorable holiday meal.

The restaurant was under staffed and very cramped. Food came out cold and tasteless. Granted it was Christmas Eve, management should have stangnated seating if they weren’t equipped to give quality service. Very disappointing experience.

Waiter was awful. Slow, aggressive, unpleasant, hostile, bumped into me about 7 times. One drink took 25 minutes to arrive, which was after our dessert was finished. Way overpriced. Mediocre food. Table was very small and packed way too close to the surrounding tables. Waiters kept knocking into people without so much as an excuse me. Our waiter kept passing by without asking if we needed anything or even looking our way. He was avoiding us. We had to get up and find him a few times. The priority was packing us in and taking our money, not good food or gracious service. An awful experience. But at least there was an automatic tip included, none of which was deserved! We were treated poorly and ripped off.
