Excellent restaurant for all occasions. Friendly and attentive staff with no pressure approach to let you enjoy your event; even if it's just a casual bite to eat. Menu continues to be outstanding. Recommend it highly.

Food is absolutely fantastic! Italian food with a different and very creative menu. Definitely not the same old Italian Menu you see at other Italian restaurants. The service is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Drinks are great too! Inside is gorgeous and there is also outside dining in warmer months. Our third time there and we will definitely be back. We brought friends that had never been there before and they loved it too and want to go back as well. Dining room a bit loud, but it's lively and we had a very fun evening.

Highly recommend this fine dining restaurant. Service and food was top notch. Will definitely be back next time I visit the Shelton CT area.

What an amazing night. Dinner and wine were delicious. Brought my fiancé there for her birthday and had an amazing time. From start to finish was perfection. If you want great Italian food this is the place to go!

We were very happy with our experience at Il Palio. The food was excellent and we loved the ambiance. The waiter could have been more attentive given that we were one of the few people in the restaurant when we first arrived but he still waited for everyone to arrive before taking the drink order.
