This restaurant never disappoints! Food and service is always spectacular and since it was a Wednesday night, the garden area of thr restaurant wasn't fully occupied to capacity. Our party of 6 was seated in that alcove at a table for 8, we were able to spread out and were shielded from the guests in the rest of the restaurant and were able to talk and enjoy our conversations. It actually was a perfect night and we'll certainly be back again!

Another wonderful experience at IL LUOGO Restaurant in Lynbrook. This hidden gem is always consistent! The food, the service, the unique specials, and of course the ambiance. They certainly know how to make you feel at home. If you haven't tried LUOGO, you're missing out! Reservations are suggested!

Couldn't wait to visit my favorite gem in Lynbrook with friends from Arizona. I've bragged about IL LUOGO to them, so they insisted on paying a visit. They were very impressed at the decor and were equally impressed with the food and service. A++++

We dine at Il Lougo’s a few times a year to celebrate a special occasion, birthday, anniversary. We have never been disappointed in the service, ambiance and food. Always delicious and they make a very nice perfect Manhattan.

Unfortunately, something went terribly wrong with the dining experience. The food was grainy, and replacement undercooked. The waiter wasn’t available to help with the replacement, so we left. It’s unfortunate because we’ve eaten here before and had good service and good food. Perhaps because we ordered off the menu and didn’t order the specials? Very disappointed.

Food and service are consistently good. The fixed menu has many delicious offerings but we always love the special offerings for a change of pace.

On a recent visit, we enjoyed the special lobster bisque, ensalada della casa, veal marsala, and orichette with sweet sausage and broccoli rabe. The food is always excellent, as is the service.
