We usually love our experience here! Went with a girlfriend this time and we were seated in the corner— I had made reservation 2 weeks prior. Our waiter was very indifferent and not very friendly. We had to call him over several times. Had to ask for water after our sparkling water bottle was empty. We ordered a salad to share and it didn’t come divided in two plates which was strange since in the past it always was. Our salmon entree was delicious except we thought it was usually served with mashed potatoes, not fried potatoes. Very different experience this time- not very satisfied.

Excellent service. The wait stay was pleasant, courteous, and well versed on the menu and special. Really made the visit fun. Food was terrific.

Superb service, pleasant atmosphere, first-rate air conditioning on a day of 106 outdoor temp. My only criticism is that the menu is a bit light on traditional salad options---there was no basic mixed green salad featured, though I ordered one without any problem. But it should be part of a broad-based menu, for whatever my two cents opinion is worth. Also there was only one main course fish entree, salmon, but overall the menu was nicely balanced.

There were 4 of us for dinner at Il Fornaio in Woodland Hills. We had all been there many times before. Why? Because the food is very, very good, the ambiance is relaxing with the feeling of an expensive, spacious restaurant, but with reasonable prices. Also, the service is just attentive enough and the timing of the service is just right. This time we had the added good fortune to be there during the 2-week DineLA. It was a special menu that included a glass of wine, salad or soup, main course and dessert -- all for $45. A steal!

Everything was very good great service wonderful food and I love just sitting there. It’s always been a great restaurant. The price was absolutely out of this world and I gave it a 10 on a scale of one to 10. I’ll be back soon probably next weekend to enjoy my food again

Very fresh and tasty. The Salmon was soooo good, had to order some to go!!! We will have to come back again and try out everything.

We had a new waitor and he was aweful. He was slow and it took forever to get our drinks and food. I never had as bad service before

Overall a little disappointed food was average we had a bday for 3 of us! They brought us a scoop of ice cream with one spoon which was a little ridiculous! Drinks were okay ! I guess I would say I was underwhelmed
