Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name.

However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one.

Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees.

In the front of the house, you will be welcomed by a variety of seating options, including cozy round booths, large and small tables, high-top bar tables, and communal tables where you can spread out and make new friends.

Could of been better We sat inside. Server was not very attentive to our table through out our experience. Then there was a girl buster who did not speak English well which made difficult to communicate the help we needed. The food was good though it took long to come to table. The restaurant is beautiful. The ambience was okay nothing special. The bugs ate my legs at the table. Not sure because of the rain but half the restaurant is open because the bar area. So thick I’m sure why there were nats. Not in a hurry to come back. Unless I get a reserve the event room. Food was good and the dessert looked amazing

I have been going to II Bellagio for about three years now from time to time at both the old and new locations. Today, I persuaded a friend to dine at II Bellagio over his preference which was Elizabetta’s. Overall, the experience was good, not great. Our server was nice but not very present. When we got our entrees, we asked for more bread and my friend for Parmesan cheese for his pasta. When the bread arrived, there were three sad pieces in the basket that quite honestly looked was leftover from another table. The server assistant that was supposedly coming back with the Parmesan never came, 15 minutes later the server asked about the food so my friend mentioned the cheese and how he had been waiting. There was no apology for the wait and misstep, though she brought the cheese right away. Not what I would expect when paying $25 for some angel hair pasta. Also, noticed how in the past managers seemed more involved, but that wasn’t the case today. At no time a manager or supervisor stopped by table touching and checking on diners. The food was tasty and consistent with other visits. Sitting outside under the trees is awesome and a great setting. Service today though server was nice when present, service a 5 out of 10 for her while the person that was assisting her gets a generous 2. Food and service will keep people coming. Don’t rest in laurels….there are many Italian options at City Place and downtown in general.

Good food as usual but the service was absolutely terrible. We had a group of 10 and only one server who also had other tables.

Normally I don't write reviews. But, service was terrible. Very slow. Finally another waiter took over. Had to ask more than once for 4th table setting, 4th water, 4th bread plate, refill on diet coke, more than three small pieces of bread for the 4 of us. Plus, ordered a side of fettuccine with marmalade sauce, got red sauce. Was finished veal before correct pasta was delivered. Had to beg waiters to bring bill so we could make our Kravis show. Our friends had previously had good experiences but even they were surprised at allnthe chaos. Everything was just off. Not a great experience.

Excellent veal tortellini - both ways, and salmon w/lentils was done perfectly as well. Server was attentive, atmosphere was pleasant and the value was good. Really enjoy the freshly baked, warm bread!
