The waiter never came back and checked on our food or offer us additional drinks. We were only able to have one drink during our entire dinner or evening.

Great beat salad with salmon and steak hamburger. Rose wine was okay, and beer was great. Fun atmosphere:)

Our favorite restaurant in the greater Minneapolis metro area. Ike's has a cozy supper club feel. The menu will appeal to anyone and everything we've tried is delicious. Service attentive but they never try to rush you. The value is tremendous. The filet mignon at Ike's is far better than that of "famous" steakhouses in the Minneapolis area, and Ike's is almost half the price. They also have a terrific happy hour, with a large menu of popular items. Best to make a reservation at this very popular, family-friendly restaurant.

I had reservations for 3PM Tuesday to take a friend out for super I rarely get to see. The person who greeted me ended up being our server, and the second time I talked to him to ask if I could wait at the bar of course he was texting on his phone Anyhow after suggesting the WORLD FAMOUS RIBS, the first couple of bites were good but then it went downhill, The rest of the ribs were barely warm, hardly any flavor and tougher than should be. Server got very scarce after that. Had to ask the bartender for extra napkins while he was visiting with some young girls his age by the bar. I might have asked for something else but I was in a bit of a time crunch and my friend has some physical limitations which requires extra time. I took my leftovers, left and didn't leave a tip. What happened after is what really caught me off guard. The server called and asked why I didn't leave gratuity. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Stood at the podium for a minute while two women stood with their backs to us without acknowledging us- then a server saw us waiting came to seat us. The other couple joining us experienced the exact same thing a few minutes later. Otherwise our server was very attentive, good with refills and suggestions. Our food was good and large portions for cost. The eggs on the avocado toast were over easy instead of poached as the menus described.
