    Their food is excellent we had pasta Bolognese and beef au jus sandwich. Gabby, our server, was excellent. However, as usual, noise level is HIGH, too high. It's Monday, early. At first we're the only ones in the main dining room, but the music is blaring. If it had been crowded, it would have been very difficult to have a good conversation. Sigh, that's why we went so early on a less crowded day. Wish Cameron Mitchell restaurants could have "designated quieter areas".

    We spent our 1st anniversary l here. It was everything we expected. It was about a 2 hour drive and was worth the travel. The atmosphere and food was top tier. We are making this a tradition for our anniversary dates.

    The night was fantastic, they even remembered to say happy birthday to my wife. It was Homecoming so, there was a bit more younger crowd.

    Cameron Mitchell knows how to run a restaurant !! He knows how to hire the best people and then how to train them to be the best they can be! That’s how he has been so successful ! I’ve never had bad service or bad food at any of his restaurants!!

    Wonderful anniversary dinner. The food was really great and perfectly prepared. The service was impeccable as well. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating was the noise level in the dining area. As a wearer of hearing aids and for an anniversary dinner, the volume was uncomfortable for me. If you enjoy a trendy environment with a louder ambient sound level, you'll rate Hudson 29 5 stars!

    The blackened fish and French dip sandwiches were delicious. Our server, Grace, was incredible!

    We both had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken sandwich. The kale slaw with onion was not crunchy and too onion forward. Not my idea of a slaw at all. Without that slaw the chicken was not seasoned very well, it was bland. Loved the poppy seed bun and my half arugula salad. Not going to order that sandwich again unless the put a real cabbage slaw on it.

    Excellent service, atmosphere and food. Hamburger one of the b dt and vegetable club was also outstanding.

    We sat outside and the weather was perfect, and the service and food were excellent. Thanks for another wonderful evening at Hudson 29! We will be back again!
