Located on historic Congress Street in Tucson, HUB is right in the heart of all the excitement that downtown has to offer. Our dining room gives warm romantic vibes, while our patio comes to life with the greenery, and night life. With our locally sourced ingredients, we’ve created an elevated American cuisine while embracing the taste of the southwest. Make sure you leave room for our famous homemade ice cream with flavors such as Bourbon Almond Brittle and Oatmeal Cookie Dough. We’re also proud to offer our dine-in guests complimentary valet or self parking for 2 hours. This service is offered at The AC Hotel, located directly behind HUB. The change in location to the Playground was of surprise. The menu has been limited and the quality of food was not great for the price. Disappointed to say the least. Service was great. If you want bar food this is a great place to meet.

Disappointed we weren't forewarned the Hub is closed for Reno's and we diverted toa very noisy and crowded different restaurant.

The HUB and Playground are all one now, so the experience was completely different. We went to the HUB for particular menu items such as Ahi Nachos and Brussels Sprouts that were no longer presented. The food was good, but the menu selection was limited.

Love,love, love the Hub! Cheese curds alone are the reason to go, but great wine list. My Caesar salad with flatiron was perfect! Hubbie had his usual Randi, which was awesome. Had high top front row for the football games! Margaret is just amazing…took care of the whole dining room for our afternoon and was always right on it for drinks, refills, etc…Always just the best! Thanks!

Reservations are definitely needed. During renovations it's rather crowded but they are doing their best. Nice for a before show dinner. The service is efficient. Food moderately priced.We enjoyed our dinner.

I wished I had been told that the restaurant was under construction and we were moved to another location that was loud and very uncomfortable seating. I am 5 ‘8” tall and we were placed at a high top and my feet literally were dangling off the seat and were about 6 inches above the foot rest bar. And the menu was very limited due to the construction. Server was excellent as he always is

Service was outstanding. Due to some health issues, we had a couple of extraordinary request. Our table host/waiter was the best.

So disappointed. Didn’t realize they are in the Playground Bar right now while renovations are being done at their place next door. Menu is much smaller, food not as good and it is so loud with the music from the Playground upstairs and we were there at 5 pm. Won’t be back until renovations are done in 2025.

Kitchen was in disarray during our visit. Food took well over an hour to come out, and was cold. Waitress and staff were no where to be seen. All the tables around us had no food and were also receiving no service. Manager was not apologetic. We have visited the restaurant a number of times in the past with no issue. This was about as bad a visit as you can get.
