Need to return to the classic menu. This new chicken menu leaves a lot to be desired and is very limited. The chicken burgers are extremely salty!

All good. Couldnt find the booking but there was ample empty tables around on the evening luckly enough

Great choice of food for breakfast, catering for everyone from vegetarians, the healthy and those who just fancy a full on cooked English breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient and happy to facilitate any desired changes to the printed menu i.e. crispy bacon on the side, no black pudding etc. Great location, quieter than normal, but still a good atmosphere!

Had a table for 4 and ordered from the brunch menu. My partner has a cross contamination sensitivity nuts and seeds allergy. The manager was friendly and very helpful regarding this. They explained that while the kitchen is not completely nut/seed free, the chefs are very careful with cross contamination. She had the pancakes and had no trouble with these. Lovely atmosphere and would definitely come again.

Great space & atmosphere but the service didn’t match. Our order went awol and we were eventually served our dinner an hour after arriving. It was a quiet night with not many other diners. Staff were apologetic and we were not asked to pay for the meal which went some way to recompense.

Food portions are big, but we couldn’t order a drink for over 20 mins and it took much longer still to order food. Staff weren’t bothered to serve you even when flagged down.

I must say, this is the very first time that the service at Hoxton Grill was somewhat medium or below my previous experiences or expectations. The place seemed short staffed, and we had to wait for about 15 minutes to even be attended. We arrived approximately 30 minutes ahead of the booking and simply were told:" You have to come back at exact time! Go get a drink!". Even if I could see that a few tables were available. Moving on, we waited another 15-20 minutes for drinks, and I had to insist on being seated as our train was in approximately 1.3h. The food and a wonderful, mixed-race waitress ( I apologies I did not get her name) were absolutely wonderful. But overall, I felt somewhat disappointed by the rest of our experience, considering this is one of my favourite places in London.
