We always enjoy dining at Houlihan's. Paulina did a fabulous job as our server. She is outstanding in all of the roles that she has at the restaurant. She is an extremely valuable employee. Her rapport with diners, her kindness, and her willingness to help in any way that she can are reasons that she is such an exceptional employee. While we were dining, Paulina noticed that an elderly customer was having difficulty making his way up the stairs to the door to exit. She immediately made her way to the exit to assist the gentleman. She helped him get outside and all the way to get to the vehicle in which he was riding. She saw a need and responded. We greatly appreciate her service to customers.

Food quality is fair to good. Like most restaurants, it's getting more pricey. Service is always very good.

My friends and I always enjoy Houlihan’s and dine there often. We have our favorite dishes which are consistently good, and the service is always great!

Prime rib was really chewy and virtually inedible. The rest of the meals at my table were cold. Our waiter seemed to be annoyed we were even there. Not a very good experience, especially considering it cost $200 for 4 people after tip.

We were welcomed by Sam, host, as we entered the restaurant. Sam's kindness and great attitude really set a positive tone for guests dining at Houlihan's. Dillon provided great service and the food preparation was perfect! Paulina, the manager on duty, is a wonderful role model for staff; because of her commitment to exceptional customer service. We always enjoy dining at Houlihan's.
