The hostesses took a minute to acknowledge we were there. When we were sat, it was about 5 minutes before a server came to our table. The food took a minute- I think they focus on carry-out more. Food was less than okay. We've definitely had much better there. I'm going to stick to the Orland location, I think.

It took a while for someone to seat us because there was no hostess. Manager came over and got us a table and apologized for being short staffed. We’re at our table and we’re seeing all the servers waiting their tables, and others just standing around, and no one came to us. Despite the manager having said they were short staffed, there were a lot of servers. We’re sitting at our table for 15 minutes and no one ever came to us. There were a few times where a server got to the nearby table and did whatever she did there and immediately walked away. We weren’t the only neglected table as a nearby table had been seated before us and it appeared they hadn’t even ordered either. It was as if we were sitting in an invisible table because servers came nearby, but never waited us. It was also frustrating to see that people that were seated after us were being waited on. After 15 minutes of no interaction from anyone, we got up and left. Truly disappointing.

The waitress brought wings that was supposed to be 10 -911 the other 10- TMI and she said she didn't know which one was which that we should look and see which one has the most peppers.

How do you bring someone 30 wings lots a tots loaded fries and everything was cold I sent the food back the manager comes out and says she saw them take these wings out and guess what they was over cooked clearly telling me they re drop the same wings …So I decided to inform corporate about this because.The service was terrible food was terrible if I could i would give them a -1

Was not packed. A lot of open tables. 6pm on a Friday night and drinks and food seem to take forever to come out. When the food arrived it was all cold. Wings and burgers. We only sent the burger back since we didn’t want to wait longer. Over not the best experience.
