Le Hondos est une destination de choix à Richmond pour déguster un excellent steak. Il vous propose une variété de morceaux de viande parfaitement vieillis, grillés à la demande et servis grésillants. Trois différentes coupes de filet mignon, du faux-filet Cowboy et du T-Bone de 680 grammes figurent au menu. Le Hondos est également spécialisé dans les fruits de mer frais, proposant d'énormes pâtés de crabe (sans aucun remplissage), des queues de homard d'Afrique du Sud et la « prise fraîche » du jour, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Lovely! Food was great. Our waitress Ashley seemed a little hyper. Apparently she was having trouble with the CC machine and asked if we could possibly use cash. Then the 1st time she brought our checks she did not have our drinks on them. She said the machine wasn’t working right. They she seemed confused and had us confused. Funny too…she brought bread and then when we weren’t eating it right away she was going to take it way, but we said leave it. Very overly anxious. Kind of interrupting at inappropriate times during our conversations. That being said..she did a good job on bringing drinks and food and then whatever we asked for in terms of extra condiments. Just a little strange experience. Anxious or hyper, but very pleasant & nice.

A couple of the ladies in my luncheon group placed orders to take home for theirspouses. , When our waiteress ..Faith returned with their orders She proceeded to place them on the floor beside their chairs... And we stopped her and told her no. This is a 5 star restaurant. Why would you think of placing food on the floor. She needs more training in addressing your quests request, etiquette and customer service.

A great spot for a date ❤️ amazing service, delicious food and they gave us a rose and two chocolate strawberries when we were leaving. The brie appetizer was one of our favorite parts of the meal!

Our waiter was wonderful. The ambience, the food, was impeccable. I had shrimp & grits which tasted as authentic as a restaurant i went to in South Carolina. My spouse had filet mignon both potatoes& veggies. Steak was cooked to perfection. Will definitely return!

The waiter didn’t seem like he wanted to be there which wasn’t the best feeling being our first experience. In terms of the 4 course meal . The seafood bisque was as amazing , the steak was not seasoned in any capacity. The cheesecake was amazing. The overall value just wasn’t there for the price point. I’ve had much better experiences at Perry’s and even Opus 9 in Williamsburg

We have dined here in the past. It has always been delicious but I think they have changed the menu and made it more affordable. It was our anniversary and they sent a complimentary dessert to our table which was a perfect way to end the evening. We will be visiting again soon.
