Le HOKU'S (ouvert pour le souper du mardi au samedi de 17h30 à 22h00 et fermé le dimanche et le lundi soir) est réputé pour sa cuisine fusion innovante alliant saveurs hawaïennes, asiatiques et européennes. Le Hoku's est souvent répertorié comme étant l'un des meilleurs restaurants de Hawaii. Servant une cuisine de l'île avec une touche contemporaine, le Hoku's propose des plats simples et classiques revisités. Sa cuisine est fraîche, légère et innovante. Toujours aussi populaire, l'Ahi Musubi du Hoku et le poisson entier et croustillant de l'île (pour deux personnes) sont des spécialités locales toujours au menu. Price per adult is $110 and child (6-12) $55, plus tax and gratuity. A 20% service charge is added to parties of 5 or more. No-show reservations will be charges the full amount of $110 per person.

Experience was great. Celebrating a Bday, staff greeted my wife with a happy birthday as well as our waiter. Also a complimentary piece of bday cake. 10 of 10

Wagyu beef on grand tasting menu was a massive disappointment. 2 very small pieces of beef over cabbage!? Why cabbage? Really off putting and pungent cabbage. Wine pairings were not spectacular . Dessert chocolate mouse was nice .

We went to 7 restaurants over the course of the week, and this was good, but it was my least favorite. The food was mostly good, but timing and delivery was off. The lobster is worth mentioning, and also their pasta dish. The “shaved ice” desert shouldn’t be on the menu as it was awful, and such a silly choice to even put on a higher end menu. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Such a beautiful restaurant and the selection of food was amazing even for two picky eaters! The seafood was super fresh. Our waiter Jared was attentive and kind as well. The views from the table were splendid.

This is a stunning location for a special occasion. For us, it was our 47th anniversary and the food did not disappoint. All you can eat crab and lobster tails (though you must order the lobster tails through the wait staff). The freshest seafood arrayed as both sushi and sashimi. Their carving station is a little hidden but they have fantastic roast pork and beef behind the tall counter. Excellent array of shrimp and vegetable tempura as well. Pricey, but an outstanding experience.

Our server Duane was so attentive to our needs. I love the ample selection of food and the food was great. I wish the eggs benedict was smaller because one piece is already filling; no more space for other selections. I recommend this place for special occasions because it’s pricey.
