Le chef exécutif Brent Pillon dirige une équipe talentueuse et dévouée qui se concentre sur la générosité locale. Les délicieux morceaux de viande et fruits de mer ont été soigneusement choisis afin de soutenir les pratiques de récolte éthique et durable dans les menus.
Les plats magnifiquement préparés complètent les vins. Ce restaurant est fier de mettre en valeur des combinaisons de saveurs intéressantes et des ingrédients traités simplement et avec respect.

Le Bistro dispose d'une magnifique salle à manger de 65 places, d'une terrasse inférieure et d'une terrasse supérieure offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Okanagan (terrasse supérieure ouverte en saison).

Exceptional service, very relaxed. Love the two course menu format. The three of us had different appetizers and entrees, allowing for samplings of each other’s meals. All were very tasty and unique. The view…breathtaking. We enjoyed our all time favourite wine, un-Oaked pino gris. You can tell this is our favourite winery and bistro. Thank you Hillside for another wonderful experience.

We tried the panzarella salad, walnut tart, gnocchi with prawns, and pork belly with scallops. All were excellent and the salad and pork belly were standouts! Service was excellent.

Never come to Penticton without eating here. Excellent food and wonderful service. The view from the deck is amazing. The blankets are appreciated when fall decides to come early!

Food and service were excellent. Highly recommend the wine pairing option with your meal. Cannot beat the view from the patio. A must do on any trip to Penticton.

What a fabulous experience! Chef Evens food is fantastic, the views outstanding, and the wine pairings were on point. Cant wait to come back!
