Cuisine moderne, inspirée du Sud Mis à part le cocktail classique, le highball est également le signal qui indique au conducteur de train qu'il peut partir à pleine vitesse. C'est ainsi que d'abondantes récoltes du centre de la Floride étaient déplacés entre les champs et les tables et il s'agit d'un symbole iconique de la puissance agricole de la région. Highball & Harvest (H & H) rend hommage à ce patrimoine, avec des menus remplis d'ingrédients provenant des fermes locales, ainsi que des propres efforts jardiniers du restaurant. Des produits frais sont cueillis dans le jardin de 7000 pieds carrés, situé à Murmure Creek Farm, propriété du restaurant. Afin de créer une aventure culinaire toute aussi inspirante que mémorable, les cocktails, préparés à la main, sont infusés de fruits et d'herbes fraîches. Le valet parking est disponible et sera validé par le restaurant.

The service by our waiter was amazing, and the only thing that was possibly better was the food!! We’ll be back for sure!!

This is as nice an ambience and as good a service as you'll find at this price point. The food presentation is on point and the taste of the unique dishes is sure to please. A pleasant Floridian based and local sourced menu makes for a mildly adventurous dining experience. The southern spread app was tremendous and pleased our whole table. Every entree, from the pork chop, to the steak, to the catch of the day all arrived cook perfectly with thoughtfully prepared side dishes to compliment the main. We split the creme brulee with the macarons, and would order the desert every day until I died from sugar intake. Truly a perfect meal.

Great spot to grab dinner with the family before the fireworks! The kid buffet was a nice touch, our daughter loved it!

The attention was excellent and the food delicious. I ordered the meat and was very good. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the stains in the carpet stairs, it looks dirty and the ceiling has some spiderwebs. Besides than that, decoration and ambience was perfect! Thank you

Unfortunately we did not like dinner here. Server was very nice and attentive but food was not good. One person ordered fish and it was rubbery. Wings also not good. Took a very long time to get our food, and restaurant was very loud and dark. Wanted to love it and have never had a bad meal at a Ritz restaurant, so thjs was disappointing.

An absolutely wonderful place to dine with friends and family. Food is great, and a special mention of our waiter, Alex, who was attentive to our every need and made it a magical evening. We will definitely return!
