Cuisine moderne, inspirée du Sud Mis à part le cocktail classique, le highball est également le signal qui indique au conducteur de train qu'il peut partir à pleine vitesse. C'est ainsi que d'abondantes récoltes du centre de la Floride étaient déplacés entre les champs et les tables et il s'agit d'un symbole iconique de la puissance agricole de la région. Highball & Harvest (H & H) rend hommage à ce patrimoine, avec des menus remplis d'ingrédients provenant des fermes locales, ainsi que des propres efforts jardiniers du restaurant. Des produits frais sont cueillis dans le jardin de 7000 pieds carrés, situé à Murmure Creek Farm, propriété du restaurant. Afin de créer une aventure culinaire toute aussi inspirante que mémorable, les cocktails, préparés à la main, sont infusés de fruits et d'herbes fraîches. Le valet parking est disponible et sera validé par le restaurant.

The value is not good. The cost of the food vs what you get portion wise as well as flavor is not good. I would not recommend this place. The menu is very limited so you would think the food would be great but it wasn’t. Stay away from the pork chop…. It was a thick cut piece of ham, not a pork chop.

Service is impeccable. We love date night dinners here. The food is delicious and we are treated with such warmth, kindness, and attention to detail. Love it here - thank you!

We dined here as a couple a year ago while visiting town and had the best time. The whole evening was excellent, greet to table to service to food to drinks. We committed to coming back this year and brought another couple with us and H&H did not disappoint. Once again an excellent experience all around. The service in particular stood out both times, each member of the staff showing elite skill with a very warm, friendly and personal touch. Thank you! See ya next year.

Our dining experience at Highball & Harvest was excellent. Atmosphere is upscale relaxed. Mario, our server was excellent. We started with a very generous charcuterie plate, the offerings were delicious, and the price was very reasonable. We couldn't finish it all. We each ordered a signature cocktail, $25+ each, worth the delicious experience, blending several high end liquors, liqueurs and bitters. My meal of hanger steak was very good, not tough at all. My husband ordered the southern fried chicken which he enjoyed. Both meals were very generous, and we came home with a LOT of leftovers. We had to skip dessert. We definitely look forward to comming again when we return.

Overall good experience. Our waiter was excellent. My husband loved the Snapper. My skirt steak was tasty but very tough. I didn’t care for the potatoes that came with the dish. LOVED the donuts. I really was looking forward to a southern meal. I wanted the chicken but was warned that it was spicy. Why spicy fried chicken???? I did appreciate that it wasn’t overly crowded on Valentine’s Day. We were able to enjoy our meal.
