Sadly this restaurant is not the place it was. Some of the menu items have remained. But the quality of food has become so poor. We had to return two of our dishes, which we would normally never dream of doing. But inedible. 10 mins later we witnessed the same on the table behind us. Great service but something has changed.

A return visit which was just as good as previous visits. Excellent food and service. Good atmosphere sitting outside.

Unfortunately High Rd Brasserie had sold out of the dishes which we would have liked do we had to choose another. The evening was very nice though and the service was excellent.

Sadly they had run out of most items on the menu and the food was incredibly slow and no one seemed to care much.

Booking made for Father's Day lunch and it was busy but the service was excellent, from the greeting at the door to the table staff. Steak was described by my son as 'best ever' Fish and chips was a favourite of my daughter. I had the beef roast lunch, which was a substantial portion. Great big Yorkshire pud, beef pinkish, superb cauliflower cheese. Roast potatoes were a bit of a let down (maybe left standing too long?). Puddings great too.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday to celebrate father’s day. We were seated in an annex off the main room which was somewhat soulless and a bit tired. Cutlery was old and dull glasses not polished. Food acceptable, all the bistro classics although i have eaten a better chicken ceaser salad which had lots of chopped bacon bits and too much dressing. Good service and good value. There are other places that do classic bistro food better and in a more convivial setting. The high road needs an update.

My top place for breakfast in Chiswick. From the attentive service, friendly staff and incredible food. Whether a quick breakfast, catch-up with friends or celebrating Father's Day, High Road Brasserie does not disappoint.

We had the set menu, finishing with a huge slab of tasty tiramisu, and waddled off along Chiswick High Road feeling very satisfied.
