Hendrick’s Tavern is an expandable event space that can meet the needs of any size party up to a seated dinner for 125 guests. It consists of two bar areas, three private dining rooms, a VIP bar for cocktail parties, and a ballroom for large catering events. The bars are equipped with plenty of high top table seating for dining and are perfect for trying some of the tasty small plate offerings or any of the full menu entrees. The George Bar, so named for the historic portraits of George Washington that adorn the walls, features full screen TV’s available to the public Tuesday through Saturday.

Sitting on the lovely patio on a warm evening is the perfect way to say goodbye to summer. The ambience is classy, comfortable and the noise is moderate. Food selections are diverse and delicious. Each dish came with ample sides and the bread basket is irresistible. Waiters were a bi too eager to push us along but the experience overall at Hendricks is first class.

Great setting, great service. Really bad food. Main courses were bland and of odd consistency. Cake for dessert seemed as tho it was just taken out of a freezer and served to us as a solid brick- totally inedible. Cocktails were watered down and tasteless too. Will not come back despite the beautiful outdoor terrace and friendly staff.

Hendricks was off tonight. This used to be my go to spot. Haven't been in a couple months and I was shocked how it's gone so downhill. Started with the man at the front desk- first thing I noticed was how unhappy and miserable he looked. I don't need a red carpet or recognition, but a simple smile or greeting would be nice. Our waiter was fine, we ordered a few plates- tuna poke was very bland and had very few pieces of actual tuna, the eggplant zucchini chips were tasty, but the stack was half the size I remember it being. The bone marrow, which was one of hunnys faves, was inedible. They were Burnt, missing actual marrow inside and unsalted. They were served without any utensils to scoop the marrow or hold the bones. It was so bad we had to send it back. The short ribs were much dryer than usual, and smaller portion. They looked old. My Branzino had SO MANY BONES- whoever did the filet did not know what they were doing. the fish was over cooked, dry, and flavorless. needed lots of lemon and salt. I'm so upset! What happened to this place?!

Literally one of the best steak houses on the island. Food, drinks, service ambience, Everything is always incredible and on point. Deff a must if you haven’t been 5 🌟

Ate outsider on the nicest evening of the summer. Service was great - attentive but not pushy. Food was delicious. As with everything, prices though the roof. But a perfect place for special occasion

This was a very expensive brunch for very mediocre food. $37 lobster Cobb had less lobster than a regular lobster roll. All burgers either under or overcooked. Truffle fries $14. Will not return. 5 adults without drinks coffee or dessert $250!

Had reservation for indoors and due to rain we were seated in hallway or would have extended wait. Not happy with seat location. Octopus was just OK. Sirloin steak was spot on and cooked medium plus just like ordered. Service was very good.

The food is consistently delicious, staff is amazing, restaurant is spotless, extremely accommodating to any dietary needs, outside area is stunning and Mario at reception is excellent at what he does!
