RESERVATIONS:
Heirloom is open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday starting at 5pm; closed Sunday & Monday.
We accept dining reservations 30 days out, simply meaning today's date plus 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel or no show within 12 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged $25/per person.
All proceeds go towards the Heirloom kitchen squad’s continued culinary education, research & development.

We do not offer child seating (high chairs/booster seats) of any kind, nor a children’s menu, and we are unable to accommodate strollers in the dining room.

PATIO:
Our patio is located outside, in full sun, with umbrellas provided.
Please take note if you are uncomfortable with sun exposure and outdoor elements.
Patio tables are entirely weather dependent, and therefore released the day of.
However, if the weather is looking magical for a few days at a time, tables will be released for booking.

Eating at Heirloom is always a wonderful culinary experience. We live in NYC as well as Lewes, and the finest restaurants in New York have nothing on you. This review should allow me to have an easier time getting a reservation at your establishment. Just kidding. All the best to my friend, the owner, and your great staff. I still might bring you some NY bagels in the future.

Fantastic. First time I've eaten at Heirloom. My girlfriend and I sat on the patio and it was a perfect night for it. Started our dinner with the complimentary bread and followed that up with the Quad of Goat Cheese and Tuna Tartare. The cheese and charcuterie board was fantastic! After that, I had the Pan Seared North Carolina Tuna and my girlfriend had the Pan Seared North Carolina Mahi-Mahi. Both delicious! To conclude our experience, we finished with the Strawberry Goat Cheese Cheesecake. Awesome! Angel was our server and after many years of hearing about him, I am glad he was able to take care of us for my first time dining. After everything I heard about Heirloom, it definitely lived up to its expectations. We will be back again. Thanks again.

All boxes checked - food, service and ambience were sensational. Fish entree was fresh and delicious. Local farm to table food selections were great!

Heirloom never disappoints. We were celebrating a milestone birthday. From the Basil Gimlets to the decaf coffee , it was delicious. We skipped apps and dessert this time but enjoyed the Thai pasta dish and the Roasted Vegetarian entree…We’ll be back soon.

Elevated dining experience with well crafted cocktails. Tuna tartare and octopus were delicious as were the mahi mahi and the steak entrees. Heirloom never disappoints.

Service was not on par. We were there for two birthdays. Nothing special. Ladies thought pasta was average but pork chop was excellent. Waters not refilled but once and plates left well past being done. Seems the waiter maybe was overwhelmed. Anyway loved the pork chops but my family does not want to return.
