    Very good restaurant, but we sat in the bar area and the music was VERY loud. It was too loud to allow us to have a conversation with our friends. That aside, it was good dinner.

    We had a great family dinner and the restaurant was very accommodating. Lindy our server was outstanding. The food was good, but even the one thing they didn’t get right (a couple of very overdone steaks), they fixed the problem, and made up for it. Beautiful sunset as well. Very fairly priced restaurant.

    Hefner Grill is my favorite restaurant in the OKC metro! The food is delicious, the ambience is second to none, watching the sailboats and the incredible sunset is jaw-dropping beautiful!

    Took my friend for a birthday lunch and Thomas (our waiter) and the entire staff and management were so attentive and efficient. I have never had a bad experience at the Hefner Grill. The food was great. the service was exceptional.

    Pros: Good appetizers, nice live music and great view. Cons: Had the steak and shrimp special. First steak provided looked well done (no color whatsoever) and included the wrong side. The second steak was better, but still over cooked, and still had the wrong side. Conclusion: Unless you are only coming for drinks and appetizers, I’d pass. We hadn’t been here in probably a decade and it’ll probably be that long again until we’re back.

    Always a great place to eat. Took friends from out of state. The vote of the lake at sunset, live music and ability to visit even about the noise makes the ambience perfect. And the food is always amazing!! We love Hefner Grill. And we love Open Table allowing us to make reservations and not have the “weekend wait” when we go out to dinner.

    We had not been to Hefner Grille in a couple of years and were happily surprised. The service was really outstanding. The servers were all very friendly and very helpful and on their toes working together which was very impressive to see. We got our lake view we requested and the food was very good! We will be back sooner than later!
