    We had a group of 5 friends for lunch. Everyone said they enjoyed their meals. Good service from start to finish

    Our dinner waiter and the bartender while we waited were amazing. BUT, the online reservation situation I didn't like. They need to go back to handling reservations themselves. We were passed our time for dinner and there were tables ready. We preferred a booth and was sit at a table in the middle of the room. I am not a complainer publicly so we just dealt with it. The fact we had a reservation and booths were available and we didn't get one was disappointing. They brought Joe's dinner before mine then brought his salad after the dinner was out while my food was nowhere in sight. He got food on his plate that wasn't selected but so we didn't have to wait longer he kept it. Honestly I believe it was someone else's order. That was NOT our waiters fault. Other people brought our food. I did not like the fish tacos. It fell apart all over my cream colored linen pants. Not very much fish on the taco. I come here often and wasn't happy about the money we spent for our dinner to turn out that way. We only get two weekends a month together right now so this was kind of a waste of money.     Great view of the lake and tasty food. They have new items on the menu and will be back to try the new stuff.

    Great, relaxing atmosphere! Coconut Shrimp was fantastic as always. Key lime pie was very refreshing. They didn’t rush us at all. This is becoming one of my go-to, all-time fav restaurants. Highly recommend.

    First time to experience Hefner Grill. Had a beautiful view of the lake. Food was delicious. Tuna Poke bowl was incredible. As well as cream brûlée. Will definitely return.

    Asked for a table instead of booth when we set reservation because of health related condition and showed up and could not sit at table or it was going to be a long wait

    We made a reservation and waited over 30 mins to be seated. The food took a bit longer than expected and my husbands food was maybe cool to lukewarm. We’ve always enjoyed Hefner Grill but this Father’s Day celebration was a bit disappointing!
