We've made reservations looking for a fine dining experience. When we arrived the manager made awkward joke about the restaurant being closed and then asked us for ID to enter. We didn't really understand him at first so we were unsure what was going on. He then let us to a table in the back corner the Ambiance was ancient it was dark it felt dingy we were then told that we could not have the restaurant menu and that we were eating from a Bistro menu off a printed piece of paper. Since we'd spend the entire day at the spa we had already had the first two snacks on the list a few hours prior. At this point we just decided to leave. I understand this is a Vintage Hotel where you are expecting things to be old but this was not old and Classic this was old and uninviting in my opinion.

Our Server Benn was excellent- the food was very good but overpriced …but I understand as they are really catering to those who are staying there and have little to no choice but to dine on the premises. The decor inside is tired, but the building is very old , it would be like opening Pandora’s box to renovate in there. An enjoyable evening, but won’t be going back anytime soon.

The dinners and breakfasts were a part of our package and could not believe the 5 star quality of each course. This was my third time at Millcroft and it did not disappoint. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and a very big “shout out” to Lisa, who went above and beyond to make a special birthday for my cousin, even more special. Bravo on all counts!! Reefa McDoom

Lovely setting for a summer patio lunch. Not a great menu selection but food and service was very good.
