Le restaurant, qui dispose de 142 places, est niché dans une rue calme, au sein de l'ancienne brasserie Watney-Combe, dont il a retenu une partie de l'architecture originale. This summer, we’re offering a main paired with a choice of iconic Hawksmoor salads for just £19.50. Featuring classic Hawksmoor staples, such as 35-day dry aged Rump steak with gentleman’s relish, alongside new dishes like the irresistible charcoal chicken Ana Mari or Chalk stream trout – you can then pick your favourite salad sidekick from a line-up of Hawksmoor Caesar, Heritage tomatoes, English lettuce & herb or Bitter leaf, blue cheese & pecan. Enjoyed very much lovely food , a few small glitches with service - wine arrived after starter and sides were a little slow to arrive , so steak looked a bit sad on the plate by itself !

The staff was good but the food wasn’t the best had to send the steak back as it was cold didn’t take the rest of the food back just warmed the steak up and it still wasn’t that warm when it returned. Staff was shocked when we didn’t want a desert. Would never recommend or return.

Very disappointed after our visit to Hawksmoor Seven Dials. It was very busy when we arrived and very very loud. The tables seem to be packed in meaning we were very close to the tables on either side. There was no real interaction with any of the staff. The staff seemed disinterested and at no point asked how our food was or indeed if we needed any extra sides, drinks etc. The carpaccio starter was okay. The rib eye steak was really tough and chewy (not sure if it was rib eye). Overall a poor meal for such a big bill. It was a completely different to the fabulous experience we recently had at Hawksmoor in Edinburgh. Sadly, we won't be returning to Seven Dials!

I’ve been to the hawksmoor in Canary Wharf which was excellent, so i expected similar food and service here. My steak was overdone, and I ordered 2 rib eyes but I’m pretty sure I got 2 rump steaks instead (there was no fat cap or eye, and the steak was much tougher than a rib eye. It definitely wasn’t a rib eye). The waiters don’t wear a specific uniform, leading to us wonder why random diners were talking to us before realising that they were staff. It lacked the flame cooked taste that hawksmoor Canary Wharf did so well. Overall really disappointed.
