Le restaurant, qui dispose de 142 places, est niché dans une rue calme, au sein de l'ancienne brasserie Watney-Combe, dont il a retenu une partie de l'architecture originale. It is set in what looks like an old storage basement of a brewery or grain store; lots of warm stone and brick, deep rich woods, and low lighting. The service was impeccable and the food was even better. It's not cheap, but you DO get what you pay for. A great wine selection and cocktails made it a wonderful experience. We'll be going back.

Very good service. Food was poorly presented, steak was a little over cooked. There was a team training session taking place behind us for about 45 mins which was distracting and inappropriate.

This branch of the Hawksmoor restaurant chain had a lovely basement setting, with nicely subdued lighting and comfortable seating. The waitress was very courteous and helpful. The belly rib starter with vinegar slaw was superb and the main dish of grilled chicken was a little bland, despite being a very fulfilling portion. My biggest criticism of the restaurant was being overcharged by £9 on the total bill. 3 of us had chicken at £20per head and were charged £23. When we pointed out this error, the staff altered the bill without question. I have had Sunday lunch in Hawksmoor in Spitalfields and the positive experience inspired me to try the Seven Dials branch, but I have to say, I wasn't impressed enough to return.

I really enjoyed my visit at Hawksmoor Seven Dials today! We came here specially for the Sunday roast and the bone marrow (starter) and I couldn't fault anything. The food was simply delish, the meat was cooked perfectly and so tender. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, special shout out to Tika and Amanda for being such wonderful and smiley waiters.

Hawksmore is an absolute must when we are traveling and are in London on.l a Sunday. The food and service are impeccable and the setting is just warm and friendly.

Excellent food expensive but worth it for a special occasion. Good wine list but as in seemingly all Restaurants ridiculous mark up . Look out for the 12.5 % OPTIONAL ! service charge.

We had a lovely late lunch on Saturday, sharing a large prime rib cut between us. Tucked away in a quiet lane just steps from Covent Garden, the restaurant is in a striking industrial-style basement with warm, ambient lighting. Though we were told the meat would take 40 minutes to prepare, it was well worth the wait. The service was attentive, and we received a good wine recommendation. This cozy spot is perfect for sampling premium British steak cuts, expertly grilled over charcoal to achieve a savoury crust with a juicy, pink centre.
