Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. Vous pourrez également y déguster des fruits de mer pêchés ou cultivés sur les côtes britanniques en respect avec les normes environnementales. Le menu comprend plusieurs spécialités créées spécialement pour le restaurant de Manchester, notamment des côtelettes accompagnées de macaronis. Staff were amazing.... Food was lovely.... Was a little over budget.... As the menu for the steaks are per gram/ pounds. Not a fixed price for the steak..... The ambience was loud.... Obviously not the restaurant's fault.... Just lots of noise.... Because it was so busy.... But again staff accommodated very well

Hawksmoor is where you go for those special meals. No restaurant in Manchester can match its vibe. This is, of course, a result of the quality of the food (the bone marrow is superb and the steaks always on point) but it’s the overall atmosphere we come for & that is down to the best front of house team there is. Yesterday, among the team members who helped us, two were in their first week. They were so charming and welcoming. Another 5 star experience! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing food and great service, visited for my husbands birthday and they brought a complimentary cocktail for both of us. Porterhouse steak was unreal. Would definitely visit again

Me and my brother thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience the waiter and waitress who accommodated us were very friendly and informative about the menu. The food was delicious, all three courses were thoroughly enjoyed.

The service was overbearing and patronising. We were uncomfortable with phrases like “are we just taking a moment to choose our wine?” And no problem my lovely etc etc. Different waiters frequently came and realigned our salt, pepper and water bottle. We had to insist on pouring our own wine on several occasions to different waiters.
