Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. Vous pourrez également y déguster des fruits de mer pêchés ou cultivés sur les côtes britanniques en respect avec les normes environnementales. Le menu comprend plusieurs spécialités créées spécialement pour le restaurant de Manchester, notamment des côtelettes accompagnées de macaronis. Le bar propose un menu composé de spécialités traditionnelles telles que des hamburgers au kimchi, des côtelettes avec une sauce française, des guédilles et du Poutine Barm, un sandwich alliant les influences culinaires de Montréal et de Manchester avec des frites cuites 3 fois, du poulet en sauce et du cheddar en grains dans un pain traditionnel servi avec une sauce d'accompagnement.

Always a pleasure to visit Hawksmoor. First time indulging in the Sunday roast and it was absolutely the right choice. The sticky toffee pudding didn’t disappoint as always.

Very enjoyable Sunday lunch (£28 each). Thought the starters were too expensive so we just had Sunday lunch - very filling, no need for a sweet. Good wine (Sirah), but expensive at £48. Overall a good lunch out.

It is without doubt one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been in in regards to the service and the quality of food. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with the utmost respect and guided through the check in and then to have a drink at the bar. Excellent cocktails and again friendly staff, then through to our table. The server was fantastic and the food amazing (not for vegetarians!). It’s not cheap, and I would recommend taking out a second mortgage before going to Hawksmoor. For a special treat, it’s definitely worth it. Only downsides are the 3 mile trek to the toilets and the noise levels which were very high. We were placed against a wall (again thanks for great service answering our request), but in the middle of the restaurant it is very very noisy. I would recommend some acoustic engineering to try and sort this out please Hawksmoor!

The service is always amazing here. From the reception, bar staff to servers. All were extremely polite and helpful. Our waitress was very helpful with our food orders and she put a discrete birthday celebration in my son’s pudding as he didn’t want a fuss 😀 Food was lovely and very filling.

Definitely our favourite for steak in Manchester. The staff are great and spend time explaining different options and wines in detail. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked every time. The sauces are really tasty too. The only way to make this better would be to have a red wine sauce!

Overpriced drinks. Food wasn't all that small portions of sides. Sat in the bar area when wanted a main room in the restaurant. Wasn't worth the money won't be returning.
