   What a pleasant first time experience at Hawksmoor. The attentive staff were incredibly pleasant. My husband and I were sat right in front of the kitchen near to the wall/partition so we could see all the food being cooked/served up. It was fantastic to see the variety of foods being prepared and served. The food was utterly delicious. We went for the T bone sharer, the special chips, macaroni cheese and half a lobster. Mouthwatering type of yummy. I really love the accessibility at the entrance of the restaurant to aid disabled users to gain access up the stairs, very inclusive. The environment was very busy, but not chaotic busy. All staff were very well-rehearsed it appeared to us. We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

   Been to Hawksmoor a few times now and it never disappoints, from the friendly staff, ambience and the food it’s always such an enjoyable experience. Sticky toffee pudding sundae is definitely getting ordered again next time !! It was amazing

   Lovely Monday lunch, great menu, great staff, fab prelude to a visit to the Co-op Arena. Definitely visit for lunch again!

   Superb birthday lunch. We had a fantastic server and amazing food and drinks. Will definitely be back

   Superb experience for my husbands birthday highly recommended although it was a little expensive but worth it

   Always a pleasure to visit Hawksmoor. First time indulging in the Sunday roast and it was absolutely the right choice. The sticky toffee pudding didn’t disappoint as always.

   Very enjoyable Sunday lunch (£28 each). Thought the starters were too expensive so we just had Sunday lunch - very filling, no need for a sweet. Good wine (Sirah), but expensive at £48. Overall a good lunch out.

    It is without doubt one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been in in regards to the service and the quality of food. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with the utmost respect and guided through the check in and then to have a drink at the bar. Excellent cocktails and again friendly staff, then through to our table. The server was fantastic and the food amazing (not for vegetarians!). It’s not cheap, and I would recommend taking out a second mortgage before going to Hawksmoor. For a special treat, it’s definitely worth it. Only downsides are the 3 mile trek to the toilets and the noise levels which were very high. We were placed against a wall (again thanks for great service answering our request), but in the middle of the restaurant it is very very noisy. I would recommend some acoustic engineering to try and sort this out please Hawksmoor!
