Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. Vous pourrez également y déguster des fruits de mer pêchés ou cultivés sur les côtes britanniques en respect avec les normes environnementales. Le menu comprend plusieurs spécialités créées spécialement pour le restaurant de Manchester, notamment des côtelettes accompagnées de macaronis. Not asked about allergies. One family member asked for oat milk coffee but if contained cows milk. Asked for coffee to be repaid with oat milk. Trimasu dessert frozen in middle.

Bar area tables too small if having a full meal with wine, there was only two of us and felt there was not enough room.

Dined here with my girlfriend for our valentines meal, my steak was perfect however my girlfriend's steak came slightly overcooked; easy mistake to make it was very busy. We mentioned this to the staff and they were great. They allowed her to finish what she liked and gave us a full replacement meal with no extra charge even gave her a filet steak when she initially ordered the rump. The lady who served us was fantastic unfortunately I was unable to get her name however she was kind , understanding and reassuring when we mentioned the issue with her steak. Amazing customer service would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing meal.
