Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. Vous pourrez également y déguster des fruits de mer pêchés ou cultivés sur les côtes britanniques en respect avec les normes environnementales. Le menu comprend plusieurs spécialités créées spécialement pour le restaurant de Manchester, notamment des côtelettes accompagnées de macaronis. The food and service is always fantastic whenever I’ve eaten here. Staff are so lovely and efficient and the food is consistently some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Manchester and the UK.

Overall loved the place and will definitely go back. The bar staff were great. Very welcoming and engaging. Who knew I would enjoy a gin cocktail! The meat, had a chateaubriand for 2, was cooked to perfection . Very tasty and perfectly seasoned. Had chips and Caesar salad as sides. The Caesar was very good, chips were piping hot. Bone marrow gravy sublime! A little noisy but that’s the atmosphere of the place

Very much enjoyed our first ever visit to the restaurant. No complaints really except that it was very noisy.

Have been a few times to Hawksmoor in different locations. The Manchester Hawksmoor team were keen to make sure we enjoyed the venue better than the other venues. Difficult to judge, but certainly the experience of the evening was right up there, and I would say better than previous Hawksmoor experiences. Fantastic food as ever!! Whenever Hawksmoor is the venue I am always certain it will be good.

First time at Hawksmoor, and it was a real treat. From the time you walk in, how you are greeted and taken through to your table (in a timely manner) was so warm and friendly. The staff were super attentive (not in the hovering type way) but rather exactly when you needed them. Great wine and drink recommendations, expert knowledge on the menu as you would expect. I am not actually a big red meat eater, but it was heavenly! The sides were definitely a a standout! The mushrooms, creamed spinach and brie mash were phenomenal, and I would go back just for the mushrooms alone! Dessert again was fantastic, had a very tarte lemon tart (just the way I like it) and sticky toffee pudding for my partner was a big hit! Thank you Hawksmoor for providing us with a place to really indulge and want to spend our heard earned money!

Absolutely beautiful and top quality food, everything was amazing, cooked perfectly, service was very personal, we were married the day before and they brought us a shot each of there version of baileys (which is actually better) with congratulations message written in what I think was a toffee sauce. Well worth the high price of your splashing out.
