Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. Vous pourrez également y déguster des fruits de mer pêchés ou cultivés sur les côtes britanniques en respect avec les normes environnementales. Le menu comprend plusieurs spécialités créées spécialement pour le restaurant de Manchester, notamment des côtelettes accompagnées de macaronis. My favourite restaurant - and for a good reason! Food was unbelievable and you can never have a bad meal here. Waiter was amazing and service here is always fantastic. You really don’t mind paying for a service charge when the staff work as hard as they do.

Really enjoy the food and service at Hawksmoor. We choose to celebrate 2 birthdays and 2 anniversaries today. As always the service was impeccable, our glasses were never empty! The food was excellent. Highly recommend. We shall return soon.

The woman at the front desk was amazing and very kind. As a first experience for places like this it was perfect. All the food was definitely worth the trip and I will be coming back soon

Lives up to its reputation. A fabulous meal, the fillet steak was cooked to perfection; the wine was superb and the chocolate tarte fulfilled a chocoholic's dreams. Really friendly, attentive staff and impressive surroundings. Excellent in all respects

The service was outstanding as was the food, I had the rump steak, it was cooked to perfection, I had spiced rum and coke, the rum was the nicest I've tasted, I asked what rum it was and my partner ordered a bottle on line so happy about that
