Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. We got here early for our reservation and hostess sat us at bar and eventually got us seated early. Bar staff are friendly and drinks are expertly made. Lovely and comfortable ambience, and the food was complex and delicious. Would recommend to anyone interested in a high quality meal and experience

The service was very good the ambiance was a little dark couldn’t read the menu as not much lighting and as for as the value for money I think it is very overpriced especially when you have to pay for a piece of meat by the weight and that just throws the price of a meal overboard, especially when there is a family of four of you. Couldn’t afford to go all the time only on special occasions once a year maybe.

Fantastic service from the moment we entered the door, friendly staff showed us to our table and we were then greeted by a friendly waiter. Drinks were fantastic, I recommend the Hawksmoor IPA . We then ordered the Roast dinner which was absolutely sublime, meat was cooked to perfection as well as all the trimmings. It was a really fine dining experience and will definitely be back to try the Steak. Thank you for a lovely time.

Food and atmosphere was perfect. Ordered wine with the steak, but got it halfway into the steak. Didn’t charge me for it

Very busy a lot of tables to look after……my steak was excellent and should be for the price. Didn’t like 12.5% service fee added automatically but waitress allowed us to adjust this.

Simply the best! Starters, steak, chips, spinach, desserts, cocktails, wine=> Hawksmoor just nail it. As always it's the little touches that make you feel like you're a favoured guest in their house- great service, attention to detail and nothing too much for the team to help with. We love it and it's a most enjoyable treat!

Great food, great ambience and most importantly great service. We had the 700g chateaubriand which was very very delicious!

Every hawksmoor In every city we have been too has been great, however Manchester was exceptionally good, Ryan our waiter was absolutely lovley and the steak was exquisite definitely will be in here again when we next visit Manchester.
