Le Hawksmoor Manchester est un restaurant de 130 couverts, le premier de la chaîne de restaurants Hawksmoor à avoir ouvert en dehors de Londres, doté d'un bar d'une capacité de 44 couverts présentant une décoration intérieure de style édouardien et proposant un menu composé principalement de steaks de bovins de races locales élevés en conformité avec l'éthique du Ginger Pig. Vous pourrez également y déguster des fruits de mer pêchés ou cultivés sur les côtes britanniques en respect avec les normes environnementales. Le menu comprend plusieurs spécialités créées spécialement pour le restaurant de Manchester, notamment des côtelettes accompagnées de macaronis. From start to finish we had the most perfect experience. Three courses of the nicest food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Staff are absolutely amazing, informative and friendly without being overbearing and in your face. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Overall our experience was fantastic. Staff great, Pricey but couldn’t fault the food. Minor negatives were my wife thought is was slightly cold at our table. We had booked a reservation for an 8pm seating however when we got checked in we were told our table was being prepared. Our wait ended up being 30min as the previous booking had not finished. We were seated at the bar and started on cocktails which was fine but we were rather hungry by the time we got to order food.

Meat wasn’t cooked as well as it usually is which was slightly disappointing. It was a lot chewier than usual

I have been before Hawksmoor is always a fantastic time food service all first class. First time at lunch. The special menu was very good 👍

Had a really lovely meal. Our sever Sam was just a dream. So nice, friendly attentive and professional . All the staff there are lively to ge honest. Food was beautiful. Only downside was the roast potatoes were quite dry and tough but the rest was lovely

Location- The restaurant's location is in the Spinningfields/Deansgate area so easy to locate and a short walk from the Tram and station stop. Value-The food was edible but very poor value for money. Would not return again.

First time visiting the Hawksmoor, fantastic service and the venue is incredible. Real 5 star treatment from the moment they open the door for you. Alex the waiter was exceptional, his knowledge, his energy and provided excellent conversation, no question was ever an issue. Will definitely be back. Ash and Hannah
