Lovely birthday meal with my husband. They acknowledged that it was a birthday celebration as soon as we arrived and put a candle in my Dessert which was nice. The food was spot on, the meat quality is exceptional. Hawksmoor never disappoints. And the team working there were really nice, accommodating and friendly.

My husband and daughter had a terrible experience today they ordered well done and I was still bleeding so sent back both of there’s and still was pink when they got it back so they didn’t eat my food was fine I enjoyed it but has ruined our experience it was my daughters first time here.

The very worst experience at a restaurant in London in the 23 years I have lived here. Half the dishes we ordered including even basics like garlic mushrooms were not available. And when I complained, no apologies. The only thing I was told was that they had 500 customers on the day. I have dined at Hawksmoor many times, but never will again.

We dined during a busy late afternoon service on a Sunday. Quite busy and noisy but we didn’t mind as everyone was having a good time. Food was very good. We had the Sunday Roast. Servers were running around everywhere and food came out quickly. Huge wine selection and the cocktails were creative.

Had to ask for water 3 times, Sunday lunch was cool, not cold, we were charged for extra gravy!! Overall quite expensive of £210 for Sunday lunch!! We would t return at that price
