After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to our first time at Haven. Let's just say for the price it was a mediocre experience. Fragua Dumplings were great, the Octopus was tough and tasteless, Filet was good as was the lamb, but the selected side (beet salad and creamy potatoes) were flat in taste, having zero depth in seasoning and flavor. Not sure what happened, but there was a disconnect between the reviews and actual experience. For a meal that was over $400.00, I would have expected more and the service was awkward at times, no follow up on how was your meal which I found strange. I would say, for the money there are other restaurants which will deliverable a better over all experience. As for the desert, we choose the olive butterscotch cake which again, was dense as we expected but zero depth in flavor outside of the butterscotch drizzle.

Overall experience appetizers were excellent. Main courses didn’t come out all together. Which was a little disappointing. The server was excellent. I especially the suggestion to go to Berns for dessert. We really enjoyed the desserts at Berns!

We had an excellent dinner at Haven. Our server, Thomas, was kind, attentive, and made great recommendations. We enjoyed a few cocktails, great wines and bourbon with our meal. The hamachi appetizer was fresh and flavorful. My husband loved the miso strip steak and my sea bass was perfect. Everything was flavorful and we really had a nice evening. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of those places where you just have to experience it yourself, the food was absolutely amazing. The decorum was beautiful.

I love the atmosphere and the ambiance of the restaurant!!! The old fashion was spot on then the wonderful food was amazing! I highly recommend the octopus and the lamb chops! It is definitely a restaurant I will visit again!

Such a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday. My daughter chose this place even though she frequently visits. As much as we wanted to have the charcuterie board we decided to enjoy some apps. Sweetbread, octopus, lamb hearts and foie gras to start. Followed by beet salad and fricassee mushrooms. Delmonico, filet, chicken thighs, lamb chops, sea bass and pasta. An ultimate feast

It was our 38th wedding anniversary and going there was not a disappointment! We were shown to our table and a card was waiting for us. Gordon was our waiter and was very attentive and on point. The chef even came out to wish us a happy anniversary. My husband ordered the foie gras dumplings (they have liver in them , which I do not like) and they were amazing. I couldn't believe how tasteful they were. For dinner I had a steak and my husband ordered the quail, both were amazing! I would definitely recommend going there for any reason or no reason at all!!!
