Inspired by El Floridita, Hemingway’s favorite haunt in old-town Havana, The Pearl Hotel's signature restaurant offers a comfortable, communal ambiance full of life and steeped in the joy of living, eating and drinking well.

Enjoy Gulf Coast Americana cuisine with Caribbean influences that is also seamlessly merged with a contemporary local philosophy as meats, fish and produce are harvested from family-owned, small-producers on the Gulf Coast.

Papa Hemingway himself would’ve loved the hand-carved mahogany bar, the perfect spot for enjoying an expertly muddled cocktail, craft beer or fine wine after a day of running with the bulls or battling the mighty marlin.

Havana Beach Bar & Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Dinner reservations are recommended.

We had a fabulous dining experience outside at Havana Beach! The view was picturesque and the food was yummy! The scrambled eggs were room temp when they arrived and the mimosas/bloody mary’s seemed a little overpriced. Our waiter was so professional and did not rush us at all, which was much appreciated.

Excellent restaurant, exquisitely decorated, and a partial view of the Gulf. The food was flavorful, the staff was very professional, well mannered and respectful. My wife and I loved this restaurant.

We had a great experience and the food was amazing! Our server Ward was amazing and so attentive the entire night - if we ever come back, we will most definitely request him. Also, the ranch is one of the best ranch sauces I have ever had.

When in Rosemary we always go to The Pearl. Great ambiance, service, drinks, and a great view.

Our experience was fantastic! Went thinking we booked upstairs at the pool bar, so we were surprised to find out we were in the main dining room! Drinks , perfect! Steak even better than the drinks! I also had a berry salad and I cleaned the plate ! Our server was the BEST ! 10 outta 10 !

As always we have an awesome time at Havana. It was my mum’s birthday and they really treated us well. Great recommendations and all the food was SO good! Gave her a free birthday desert. We had Ward which was an AWESOME waiter. Definitely can’t wait to come back!!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had on 30A. The restaurant had no air and it took over 20 minutes for our server to come to our table - which only happened after we flagged down a hostess (despite having reservations for 7pm). Over 30 minutes to receive our cocktails which included a French 75 served in a martini glass. As far as the food goes, before our server even introduced himself he made sure to make us aware of all of the items (on the already limited menu) that weren’t available. Out of oysters, out of fresh fish, out of wagyu, needing to substitute the ingredients on the empanadas, only offering fried fish and shrimp as the catch of the day. The best decision we made was leaving to dine at Paradis.

I was excited for the experience because the hotel and beach are incredible, but The service was very bad , the food came late around 1 hour waiting and the food with missing ingredients that I order. I was very upset and frustrated with the experience.
