Service was very good. We had a small issue with a side order of tostones we ordered; they were not cooked thoroughly and tasted bad. Other than that incident; everything was very good.

Made a reservation, i added notes to notify it was my husbands bday, not one time they acknowledged my notes in the reservations. That was a complete disappointment. I will say our waitress was kind. Another downside is that the Restaurant says they close at 11pm but the kitchen closes at 9:45pm and our reservation was at 9:30pm so everything just felt all rushed. I wouldn’t go again ti be honest to this restaurant. The food could be better, didn’t have much taste.

Outstanding service our waiter Pablo was extremely nice he was above our expectations. The super delicious,prices are acceptable. We had a super good evening thanks to Pablo .

Mi experiencia no fue muy buena ! Hice mi reserva a través de esta plataforma y cuando llegué al restaurante tuve q hacer la cola aún teniendo reserva ! La hoster muy mal educada y no tomaban acciones para resolver lo de la la reserva ! Tuve q hablar con tres personas allí. Luego nos dieron una mesa muy pequeña para el número de personas q fuimos ! Luego le pedimos q por favor nos ayudaran en conseguir una mesa más grande. Una de las de las puertas se lo pedimos y nunca se apareció ! Creo que tratan a las personas no muy bien al entrar y eso ya da una mala impresión del lugar. Cobran 5$ por estar afuera ! Es mejor q lo cobren dentro del servicio y no dicen nada. Por mi experiencia no iré más al lugar y menos lo recomendaré . Solo con arreglar eso detalles al inicio de la experiencia pueden avanzar en lo q es servicio al cliente y atención . La mayoría de la muchachas no saben manejar el stress de la puerta con amabilidad y respeto
