We were so excited to try afternoon tea at the Hotel Macdonald, and it did not disappoint! The food and tea were all uniquely delicious. But I have to say, an experience is only as good as the customer service, and I cannot say enough good things about our server Michelle! From the very beginning, she was so personable, charming, and you could tell she truly cared for her customers. Highly recommend this gem!

We were celebrating a 70th birthday and had a fantastic time. The staff are pleasant and very efficient. Definitely be back.

Great place for a romantic dinner for two. Celebrated my birthday there with my husband. Service was wonderful and I was treated to a cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend!

We booked a breakfast for the harvest room and they stuck us in the bar where it was noisy. The bartender was opening the bar, making all kinds of noice, banging glasses, and smashing ice. We had several other tables at the same time and were also complaining about booking the harvest room and being placed in a bar
