Booked on Open Table App. Did not get points? Had not been to Harper’s in a long time. Brought 2 friends after an event in Toronto. Chose to eat in hometown. The extended hpurs really help

We arrived for our reservation and the hostess spoke with us then came back 5 minutes later and asked if we had been helped. We put birthday celebration in the reservation and no one asked about it or mentioned it, server didn’t even ask if we were celebrating anything. It took 20 minutes to get seated for our reservation, 35 minutes to get drinks, and food took an hour and 15 minutes. Then we finally get our apps after waiting , and our server must have put them in at the same time as our mains and 5 minutes after our apps tries to bring the dishes to the table, where we already have no room. She didn’t even apologize, and tried to slide the plates onto the table that was full. I had to ask for my meal to be kept in the kitchen until we were done cause our table was full. I will not be returning it was awful service, no thought of the customers, and no apology for the wait. If I kept someone waiting 30 minutes for a Diet Coke, there would be an apology mixed in there, and our meals should have been put in after our apps. It’s called an appetizer not a side - or if you’re going to bring everything at once, maybe give us a bigger table.

Had a lovely time at Harper’s. Mark, our waiter, was very attentive and quick to correct errors made by the kitchen. Food was fresh as always.

This was probably the worst service I ever experienced from any of the Landings. We were celebrating my friends birthday and sat in the lounge area (which wasn’t even super busy). Our bill was well over $300 for 4 people so its not like we weren’t spending money. The service was extremely slow, all the waitresses seemed to be busy chit chatting at the bar rather than taking our orders. Items were missed when we would place our order, at times over half an hour our waitress was nowhere to be found. Definitely won’t be returning and I’ll be spreading the word!
