    We were initially seated in an area where there were no others and was a regular table - we made a reservation for a high top table. We did end up moving to a perfect table. I ordered a Mexican bowl with chicken but the chicken was very rubbery and I literally could not cut through it. Our server ordered more chicken for me and it was delicious. My daughter ordered chicken tenders and they were just ok. My other daughter ordered wings and a salad and enjoyed her meal. The staff was friendly, server was excellent in making my meal right, and we enjoyed walking around the restaurant admiring all of the memorabilia Hard Rock had collected. As far as worth - the drinks were very expensive and cost almost as much as our meals (4 drinks total among a party of 3).

    My chicken wasn’t raw but could’ve benefited from a little more cooking and service was TERRIBLE!! My table needed things and our server was in the corner applying makeup

    We were seated promptly upon arrival & granted our booth request. Service was quick & food arrived fresh & hot. Loved our Pittsburgh burger, from the World Burger tour offering. Our server Kadeem was awesome!!

    Food is almost exactly what you would expect at a theme restaurant. We had one of the limited time specialty burgers and massi chicken. Both were good though the fried cheese on top was overly greasy and made everything just fall apart. Fun vibe with tons of great things to look at

    Granddaughters enjoyed chicken fingers. They are teens& also commented on how sweet waitress was. Name: Donella ? But I had mushroom cheeseburger. Really bad . Not juicy . Needed a knife to cut it. Bathrooms for women need to be upgraded. Seats for a VERY short person
